Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic and growing team. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive sales opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of Athena Security.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales approaches.
• Use CRM software to track and manage leads, activities, and opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation and qualification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Chief of Staff

Athena Security is seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and executive team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the company’s structure, driving operational efficiency, and supporting key initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Structure & Processes: Lead the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments to improve efficiency and ensure consistency.
• Hiring & Leadership Development: Recruit and onboard department heads, ensuring that the leadership team is equipped to drive growth and success.
• Executive Support: Hire and manage an Executive Assistant for the CEO, and later assist with recruiting support for the President and CTO.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in supporting security systems and associated hardware. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support for Athena Security’s threat detection platform and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM software, iPads, and antivirus solutions.
• Deploy and manage iPads using Apple Configurator.
• Assist clients with Vanta integration and usage.
• Understand and manage IP addressing configurations.
• Harden systems to enhance security and protect against vulnerabilities.
• Automate tasks using scripting for MDM to streamline operations.
• Auto-load laptops (Mac only) and ensure seamless deployment.
• Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement of our products and services.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with MDM software.
• In-depth knowledge of iPads, including deployment using Apple Configurator.
• Experience with antivirus solutions and Vanta.
• Strong understanding of IP addressing.
• Ability to harden systems and improve security measures.
• Knowledge of scripting for task automation in MDM environments is a plus.
• Experience with auto-loading Mac laptops (no Windows experience required).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Account Executive

• Outbound hunter activities to build pipeline for Athena Weapon Detection System and close sales.
• Can also close inbound leads – proven success as a closer

• Manage strategic conversations with executive decision makers – communicate company vision, product roadmap, and solutions to meet customers’ needs.
• Expertly directs and coordinates activities involving the sale, before and after.
• Manages and builds sales pipeline
• Prepares accurate, reliable forecasting reports for executive management
• Works with the marketing function to provide insight into appropriate messaging and types of products and services that can best position Athena in the marketplace
• Prepares bids and client proposals, and communicates internally within Athena to specify and quote solutions to ensure the accuracy of scope, pricing, and timeline.
• Must understand importance of a CRM, and should know salesforce.
• No history of criminal convictions. Must pass a pre-employment background check and must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Must be willing to travel extensively as required – (up to 25-50% of time expected)

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or account into appropriate messaging and types of products and services that can best position Athena in the marketplace

• Prepares bids and client proposals, and communicates internally within Athena to specify and quote solutions to ensure the accuracy of scope, pricing, and timeline.
• Must know Salesforce CRM

• Marketing Strategy:
